Browse Forums General Discussion 1 May 18, 2008 7:56 pm Might sound like a bizarre question. But did anyone catch what the name of the paint colour they used in the lounge room was?? It was a warm latte colour. Can't find any info on the net. Re: Channel Nine Domestic Blitz 3May 20, 2008 6:35 pm My fiance can't find any information either...
And she even works for Channel 9... Not the brightest bunch obviously Electrical Engineer... Don't hold that against me... And keen owner builder... Mainly the building part!! Re: Channel Nine Domestic Blitz 5May 26, 2008 4:32 pm I noticed that colour too and really liked it. Don't recall them mentioning the colour.
I didn't mind this show, but boy it annoys me how they tend to play up and act like members of a Disney show or Hi-5 or whatever. Ugh. Just get to the renovations, dammit! How the hell did I become a senior member!? I know nothing! Re: Channel Nine Domestic Blitz 8Jun 23, 2008 4:52 pm For those of you who are still wondering what the colour was...
My wonderful fiance contacted Dulux.... Full strength Hog's Bristle, with trims in Antique White USA... Electrical Engineer... Don't hold that against me... And keen owner builder... Mainly the building part!! Re: Channel Nine Domestic Blitz 10Jul 07, 2008 4:23 pm Hey people
Did anyone see last night’s renovation blitz show on Channel 9? What was the colour of the Dulux suede effect paint they used in the woman’s bedroom?? I WANT IT FOR MY FEATURE WALL!! Thank you! How the hell did I become a senior member!? I know nothing! Re: Channel Nine Domestic Blitz 11Jul 07, 2008 4:28 pm I'm pretty sure it was Fossil Beige... I remembered it because I've been looking at a laminate called 'Fossil' too and i thought it was funny that two colours with the same name could be completely different! Re: Channel Nine Domestic Blitz 13Jul 07, 2008 4:53 pm Oh cool, excellent, thank you!
It'd be perfect to go with possibly Hogs Bristle 1/2 strength or something similar on all the walls, but just for use on the wall the bed in the master suite is on, as the bed (double with built in bedside tables and nice curved bed head) is white, so it'd really stand out and complement it. Also, I'm considering using it as a feature wall in the lounge area, on a wall with a dark wood buffet and 2 bookcases. Very nice...*drool* lol How the hell did I become a senior member!? I know nothing! Re: Channel Nine Domestic Blitz 14Jul 07, 2008 5:15 pm They've now put paint lists up. Unfortunately, for last night's episode, they missed the suede effects paint!

It's the particular ad where the little girl gets spaghetti all over the wall, the little boy bounces his dirty/wet ball against the wall, and then the dog shakes water all over the wall.
I think that wall colour is the shade I want. How the hell did I become a senior member!? I know nothing! Re: Channel Nine Domestic Blitz 16Jul 10, 2008 7:41 pm Ok, I'm back with the answer to my own question.
I emailed the Dulux website and a day later got a reply (pretty darn good, eh?!), and the colour in that particular ad is Russian Toffee. WOO! How the hell did I become a senior member!? I know nothing! Yeah mine about 9 metres long and 8 wide with slope of 25% at one point but the end point of the outlet is past the side of garage and if he concretes allowing for… 4 4546 Need to remove glass panel out of concrete without wrecking the glass to get the spa room in, any recommendations on how to do that.
