We are building a new home with Porter Davis and considering rendering the outside, when talking about the topic with my inlaws who have a fully rendered house, they were highly against it saying that it will crack and the price of maintenance is very high. Now they had their house rendered 20years ago, so im assuming there has been some advancements in render since then?
So what im asking is:
-How prone is it to cracking now?
-How much is maintenance/repairs to cracks on average?
-Is acrylic render better than the standard type?
