Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 14, 2014 9:45 am Hello Guys, We have bought the house in Baulkham Hills and moving in in a week. There are few things we want to reno / repairs (as priority items) 1> Add extra toilet ( current there is only one) 2> Per the building inspector - The shower recess and surrounding areas were tested and there were visible signs of significant water penetration to surrounding areas. Renovation of the shower recess is considered necessary. Whom should we contact to get these jobs done? plumber or someone else? If you can recommend someone that would be great. Anna and Glen Re: reno / repairs help / inputs needed 2Feb 14, 2014 2:00 pm A carpenter. There is possibly a rotten bottom plate where the water has been sitting for a while and you will probably need that replaced. He'll do any re-gyprocking and waterproofing then he will call in a plumber if you don't have one already for any pipe and drain work regarding the new toilet.
