If you do build with their designs,think about the maintenance ongoing. Use claddings (weatherboards,fascia's etc) that don't need painting,don't rot,those 45* roof pitches,high gables, are ok when you are building, 7-10 years later,get a quote on repainting, Ask for references and speak to them.
