Is this the norm for variations amongst other project builders in perth. Do they still include for extra time for little things like changing tapware selections etc. We have had about 20 variation forms because each item is on a separate form so my builder now wants to clsim time. 20x7 is 140 extra days. I have no idea on what they are actually allowed to do, although that seems excessive, and not in good faith at all. Perhaps a call to consumer affairs might help you? What a joke. You do realize that you can negotiate with them and say to them that the 7 days is not justified. I am sure that the 7 day line is just a standard template, if you speak to them about it, I am sure they will change it.
