The external walls, eves and the free standing single garage are made from asbestos sheeting. Has anyone done something similar recently? What costs are involved and what are the main issues to consider? Pretty easy to work out what your place would cost. Then normal demolition on top of that. If you arent getting that you should keep shopping around, even out of town if you have to. The asbestos removal will be extra on top of that. It is done first, before the house is pulled down. . You can save some money by removing sheets yourself, very easy and risk free to do if you know how. But if you leave it to the pros, Id guess 2500 - 5000 for that (assuming its just walls and ceiling.)
