I have a small quantity of bitumen to rip up with our new build. Who would I phone for quotes? Would they be able to do a saw cut on bitumen or does it flake?
Thanks for your replies

A concreter would be my first call, they will at least give you a contact number to get a person to remove it! Good luck! Re: Ripping up bitumen - who do I call? 3Jan 24, 2014 10:31 am jack hammer not required. I would suspect you will just create holes with it. If you have a lot and its thick you can use a bob cat to lift it up. If you have a small amount have you considers lifting with a crow bar. Thanks for your replies If you are going to keep some of the bitumen and you want a clean straight cut line using a demolition saw is best. That's the way the pros do it.
