We are looking at signing up with Own It Home in QLD. Their seabreeze outlook from their display home in Thornland. Some feedback would be really good if any one build with them in the past or now?
And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years.

From memory, I've been through a few display homes and they weren't too bad...
Cheap, and reasonable quality. In the end it comes down to how scrupulous you want to be. Make sure you can visit the site during construction. Some builders will ban you from even walking on the property...
Supervision during construction is easier than fixing problems at the end
Electrical Engineer... Don't hold that against me...
And keen owner builder... Mainly the building part!!
