SBG Group

Hi, we are building with SBG, we researched many builders over 3months, large and smaller builders, so why SBG??? FIXED site cost just for starters, friendly down to earth people, no hidden extras , the display home in Cranbourne price was for all that it displayed, the sales team C & R take you for a walk through and make it very clear exactly what you are getting. If it's out of your price range they can pretty much change anything to suit your budget, within reason of coarse. They were happy to answer any questions and got back to us in good time, emails and phone calls. We are building the majestic 28 with changes, another thing that SBG will do (alter things) we found many of the other builders were not flexible at all. The first plan that we really liked was simply to big for our block, that builder basically said bad luck no go!!good bye!
SBG group said tells us what you want and we will do our best to draw up a existing plan (Majestic28) that they tweaked to exactly what we wanted.if you have done your homework you will notice many builders have similar plans, however most won't budge ,on changes unless you pay extra
only because we did our heads in researching many builders, before making final decision, SBG are not huge but are not small either, kind of in the middle, family owned medium business. The owner is a qualified architect and builder ,his brother is a designer . The owner came and introduced him self to us at our first meeting, and C & R sales girls are straight up and know there stuff! Very impressive! So before you sign up with anyone do your self a favour and check SBG Group out, so glad we did! building starts February ! Cloverlea estate Chirnside park.
Hi today was a good day, Gary and l spent 3.5hours choosing our colours, it went very well and our SBG colours guy was excellent, we pretty much had a good idea what we wanted and C was very help full he had some great suggestions , which we were grateful for. SBG took us through the colours process and made it a lot of fun! After we selected, C printed a copy off and we went over it , with him to make sure it was perfect! It is a time consuming process ! And l can see how for some people it could do your head in, however C was so efficient and nothing was a problem . We have gone with traditional red brick , dark roof , timber facade and front door , light window frames and light garage door, Interior :White and black/silver kitchen with off white floors, and taupe colour carpets warm tones in bathrooms . Very happy! This process was a lot of fun, and quite exciting, hopefully land will tittle end of January and SBG can start. Apparently there is around 6 SBG homes being built in the Cloverlea estate. Yeah! Go SBG lol .as mentioned earlier we look into so many other builders , so far very impressed with SBG.
Hi Gold Member,
Did you end up building with SBG? If you did, what was your experience?
