Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Dec 28, 2013 11:45 pm Hi, just wondering if anyone else other than myself has secured a block of land at Seabreeze Estate Waikiki. Looking forward to network and discuss things relevant to builder selection, building process, house design, suppliers for owner supplied items, owner appointed trades, etc. Thanks! Re: Seabreeze Estate Waikiki (Rockingham City, Perth) 2Jan 09, 2014 6:59 pm Hi, we don't have a block in Seabreeze but are in the process of buying a block down the road at Lumia Estate Safety Bay. I drive past Seabreeze most days and have been watching it take shape. What size is your block? Have you decided on a builder yet? Sonya Re: Seabreeze Estate Waikiki (Rockingham City, Perth) 3Jan 12, 2014 10:39 am Hi Brad and Sonya, Block is 474 m2, we haven't decided on a builder yet but we are in discussions with a builder. Oh yes Lumia Estate Safety Bay, very close to the beach Re: Seabreeze Estate Waikiki (Rockingham City, Perth) 4Jan 12, 2014 8:32 pm Our block is 274m2, so a bit smaller than yours! We looked at a lot of builders but decided to sign up with Residential Building WA. As soon as we met with the sales person we felt really comfortable. They had designs to fit the blocks that already met the developers guidelines, which made things a lot easier. It is just a small 3 x 2. We are now starting to look at colours, floor coverings etc ( the fun part! ) Do you live in the area at the moment? Sonya Re: Seabreeze Estate Waikiki (Rockingham City, Perth) 5Jan 13, 2014 5:18 pm That's an easy care block you got there Sonya, very nice. I guess we would have opted for a smaller block if not for the two kids! I'll have a look at Residential Building WA. Can you please let me know who your agent was? Yes we live in the Rockingham area, makes it easy to monitor the progress of our build when we get to that stage. Cheers! Sonya Hello everyone Did anyone recently applied gas abolishment in Brisbane city council area for gas abolishment , we recently purchased a property and applied for gas… 0 442 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 12983 |
