Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Dec 17, 2013 9:32 pm Hello all Im in the process of building a new house, it is steel frame with a truss roof. Between the trusses there is no real roof structure, only battens for the plasterboard to be fixed to. How do you go about walking around in a roof like this (e.g. for adding extra electrical etc)? can't imagine you can walk on the top hat battens? the trusses are quite far apart so would be a stretch to get between them? thanks Luke My Build - SA Largs North First build Re: Walking in ceiling space of steel frame truss roof? 3Dec 18, 2013 9:53 am Was thinking that might be the case Bit of a pain but what can you do.
