Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a solicitor (not conveyancer) that they have had a good experience with? Specifically someone who is experienced in real estate law in the Melbourne area.

Have you tried the Legal Referral service of the Law Institute of Victoria?

We found a good lawyer through them but we were not specifically looking at real estate law so I don't know that he would be of any use to you.
