Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Nov 30, 2013 7:36 pm I've been hunting around for some decent acoustic batts to place between our bedroom and ensuite and also bedroom and kitchen (hubby is a shift worker) and I've decided on the R2.1 70mm Sono Batts. I was originally looking at the thicker R2.7 90mm batts but the sales guy on the phone said that they're not good for internal plaster walls due their density - they'll end up warping/bending the plaster Has anyone used these batts before? Do you think they work well with deadening the sound? Would you recommend another brand instead?
