Also wondering do we need to take their permission to build the mid/small swimming pool in backyard of house? Any rules? Is it easy to get their permission? What is appro cost we looking at? Thanks Re: Question about Trees and Swimming Pool in Property 2Nov 03, 2013 1:58 pm Hi there Each council would have their own restrictions and regulations with regards removal of trees so you would need to check with your local council (Or if you include which council you are talking about, someone in here may know specifics). With regards pool regulations, I dare say a permit would be required for any swimming pool in the backyard. Most councils have information on their websites relating to costs of permits etc. HHCIB The last home I lived in didn't have a pool and when i went to sell it the agents were not happy, even telling me to put one in to sell the place. The agents weren't happy… 2 4255 You might be able to apply to divert the sewer at your expense. In NSW you would contact a Water services co-ordinator and they would give you advice as to whether or not… 1 16148 |
