Most will try and spring you with a 2+ hour minimum and that BS travelling time, dont buy into ot, just keep ringing around till you find soemone who charges fairly. Then advertise the soil piles for free pickup, someone will pick it up pretty quick if it is good clean garden soil. Thus it wont cost a fortune. at all.
