This will hopefully become one of many renovation/build projects into the future. I am tossing up whether I should start the process of becoming qualified so not requiring the services of said builder. How does some of you more experienced operators work with regards to this? I would appreciate any information. Many thanks Selene Re: Builder or Owner Builder on Investment Property 2Oct 15, 2013 4:57 pm What are you planning on doing? Build a granny flat or renovate one?
