As a family home I think you will prob be fine however if you are wanting to make money in the short term then I am not so sure. Your spend is probably up there as you say based on real estate.com so that would indicate to me that it could take a while for you to profit. However the housing market is a gamble so who can really say. Also is it a house and land package? Because I am thinking due to the shape of land if you can't fit an off the plan house on there then there may be additional costs involved.
