We have had their tradesmen come out any have incorrectly stated there are no issues. We have paid for an independent building inspection which has shown up some problems which should be addressed. The builder will not address these issues at all. I am looking to get a lawyer to write up an official letter saying we may have to take it further.... Where do I go next?
