Browse Forums General Discussion Re: Waterlogged house stumps New Home 4Sep 24, 2013 2:00 pm AMS18181 Our two year old home is built on stumps, on a slightly sloping block. The ground around the back and side of the house is waterlogged. I looked underneath the house yesterday and there are pools of water around most of the stumps, even reaching from stump to stump in some areas. Is this now my problem to deal with or is the onus on the builder to ensure adequate drainage?
