I want to remove the existing sliding door close it of with a standard door have it move to a new position and have the rest walled up. My house is double brick and want the reno to be done in double brick as well. Would anyone know a ruff price to get it done in Perth?? That will make a big difference... if it's just paved you will need to do something about sealing in a floor on it... And I'm not sure whether this requires a building permit and council approval. We have a sun room out the back of our Perth house that will cost about $50k to turn into a proper room - but that's rejigging roof lines as well (it's got a deadly box gutter right now and really is just an enclosed patio UGH).
