I am in the process of building two two storey town houses in Melbourne ( E.suburbs) and would like to receive some feedback /suggestions . The house has two gables with dormer windows, a return balcony on the ground floor ( wrought iron, to match the front fence and driveway gate ) . The house is built with red brick (selkirk) with the top level rendered. The windows have already been selected in Paperbark . We now have to decide on the following -: Roof tiles - Wunderlich (shingles) Nullabor Slate Grey ( our preference) Gutters - Ironstone ( grey- to match the roof tiles) Gutter Downpipe- Ironstone/ Paperbark ?? Fascias - Paperbark ?? Eaves - ?? Render - 3/4 Akubra (Haymes) close to Paperbark Gable - Full Akubra (Haymes)?? Strapping - Ironstone ?? Front Door - ?? Black / Lighter Grey to ironstone) Garage (basement) - Lighter Grey ??? Balcony - Wrought Iron - colour black / Ironstone ??? Front fence/ Gate- Wrought Iron - black/ Ironstone ??? Appreciate thoughts, suggetions, advice. Apologise Have not been able to attach drawings at this stage .
