Does anyone know how we show proof of ownership of our house to our surveyor?
We bought the house 9 years ago and are about to extend.
He already has the title so it isn't that.

Re: How to show proof of ownership 3Sep 06, 2013 9:39 am I would have the title is enough but maybe they're concerned its not current. You can do title search on your own property and print it off. It'll have the report date on it etc. In NSW you'd go to lpi.nsw.gov.au there'll be one for whatever state you're in. From memory I think you might be able to get your own one for free. http://camdenbuild.blogspot.com.au/ by invite only please pm me Re: How to show proof of ownership 4Sep 06, 2013 11:05 am Ok thank you.
