G'day everyone.
We got presented with the Tender y'day for our proposed new home that we will be building soon. I've been told that I will need to sign it within the next week, but I've decided to ignore this and will take good 2-3 weeks before I sign. Hope this is not rude on my part.
The question I've is, do I include all the details (like additional power/tv/phone points, tiles to wall for bathrooms etc.,) at this stage or do I wait for the plan to come and do this. My sales guy said that I should be considering the big ticket items for the tender. I am thinking otherwise and this is where I need your expert opinion and advice.
I would prefer to include everything and get to know the actual build cost as opposed to any surprises during the build.
