Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jul 29, 2013 11:07 am We're getting to the end of our selections now and one thing I am struggling with is the choice of exterior colours. Were having hebel so the whole exterior will be one colour, and we still have to choose the roof (colourbond) as well. The decisions we have made are that we're having a caoba dawn garage door, and a pivot front door stained to match. We're also thinking about timber windows (or faux timber) to the front of the house to tie in, with anodised window frames to the rest of the house. I like the idea of a strong grey colour for the exterior of the house (we're going with more of a grey palate than browns through the house too). I think this will help make a feature of the wood elements too. I think what I'm searching for is a darker grey, but something that has a bit of earthiness to it - a bit of brown perhaps?? I think a straight charcoal colour will be a bit strong. Does anyone have any suggestions of colours I should look at? We'll be using Dulux, but they'll colour match whatever we like so that's not an issue. Any images would also be great! Thanks!
