I am now planning an en-suite even further from the HWS. What is the best and most cost effective way to minimise this delay and water loss? Current HWS is an Aquamax gas. I had a look at Rinnai, and it seems to require a ring main involving new separate pipework back to the Aquamax (costly). I was hoping that there might be some sort of thermo controlled electric booster to heat up the first few minutes of water flow.
