Or how far can get without council approval Basically I have a double block, As I do realise every council is different, In general for a Metro Area of South Australia If I had a caravan in my back yard If put a Bus (decked for living) in back yard Put a Donger or Shipping container decked for living, Would I need council approval? If its storing your caravan its probably ok. if its living in your caravan then different councils have different rules... some allow a maximum of 2 nights stay in a caravan.
