Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jul 06, 2013 3:53 pm we recently purchased a block of land in highland, which will be settled in early September. According to all plans we want to start construction ASAP. but there is an issue turned up that our construction loan is subject to sale of our current house (already in market for about 10 days). after some discussion decided not to rush for construction contract and wait till this property is sold.
