Stewie Yes this is the first concrete result that is years overdue. I have been complaining about a decade about builders failing to follow engineering designs, failing to comply with site levels and drainage during construction and after and generally wrongfully blaming owners for their defective designs and execution. Up till now it was pushing sh*t up hill with no help from BC or anyone else. In essence builders were ripping off owners big sums for building on reactive sites but not having design safeguards to prevent slab heave instead blaming owners landscaping when it happened. That is equivalent to building cars without brakes then blaming driver for the crash. Agreed and now the lawyers are onto it and all of a sudden the builders are becoming interested in their clients problems.
