Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 25, 2013 5:51 pm Hello everyone. I have a 1.2m x 1.0m space in my washroom and I would like to put in a sort of "ghetto pool" instead of a normal bathtub. Primary reason is because I would like to put something in that is portable so that when I eventually move out I don't have to basically give away the tub as a "gift" to the next person living there. It would act basically like a normal bathtub in that it has a drain out the bottom... hot/cold water would be supplied by a nearby showerhead / faucet so that's not required to be built in. Also, I live in Korea so the washroom is built so that the entire room drains water down a single drain in the center.. no need for any fancy draining just let the water out and everything should be fine. I was going to just buy an inflatable or framed outdoor pool but they are all so huge. Unless someone knows of a nice small <1.2m x 1m pool perhaps I will have to somehow build it custom? Ideal dimensions would be 1.2 m wide x 1.0 m long x 1 m high (a bit high vertically but then I should be able to stretch out a bit.^^) Any thoughts on how I might accomplish this? Thank you so much for reading all. Re: Indoor "Ghetto pool" what are my options? 2Jun 25, 2013 7:53 pm These would be good but about $11k AUD don't know if you could get it sent to Korea, but they do come from the states http://www.endlesspools.com/waterwell.php Re: Indoor "Ghetto pool" what are my options? 3Jun 25, 2013 10:02 pm Hmm, well the size is sort of correct in the vertical... I cannot imagine spending $11,000 for a 1 m x 1 m pool O_O. Also.. trying to get something together that basically just holds water and drains it... heater/etc.. is not needed because this is going to be acting as basically a deep bathtub. Any other thoughts? Edit** It also seems to be twice the size I have available... max length 4 feet max width 3.5 feet.. might be able to push the length out to 5.5 feet depending on the height.
