We had 5 boreholes drilled on our land and only one had clay so they classed it a p even though the rest was gravel,our builder got a second opinion and it was changed,saved us about 30,000$ as they said we would have to stump our house,the guy that did our test then admitted he didn't know that much about clay soils! I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this.
