For a few months I've been reading with interest on this site as we started planning for our dream home.
I decided today to join!
I am building a Henley Mercer Q1 in Melbourne.
Its a knock down Rebuild. Today demolition commenced on the house we have called home for 13 years.
We have already completed Colour, electrical and Tender.
Today my contracts were delivered and we have contract signing on Friday.
Its all feeling very real now!

How did you go about capping you sewerage line ?
And
If I may ask, how much we're your site costs?

We got out demolishers to cap it off. I believe they hired a plumber for that.

NWC our site costs are about $21k
We are actually demolishing right now this week
We have organised a plumber to come and cap the sewer as soon as the house is down

Well. Today the old house is going down!! Contracts all signed yesterday. If I knew how to post a pic I would. Still getting the hang of this site.
