Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 16, 2013 10:07 am Hi all, After weeks of trying to get our concreter to come back and seal it with no luck (Paid in full) we got someone else to come back. What we found was ..... 1. Exposed agg was not washed properly (lots of patches of under exposed concrete) 2. Expansion joints were not cut straight (looks like an S) 3. No expansion rubber around the house 4. Water are sitting on some areas without a fall What do we do? Do we go to VCAT for this? I don't want to mention his business but just a big warning to everyone out there Any help would be much appreciated. Re: Please help!!! Bad job what do you say ? 2Jun 16, 2013 10:09 am Second of all, Is this easy to fix? Is there anyway in putting in the expansion rubbers now ? Will this void the warranty of my house... ?I'm not so worried about the exposure of the exposed aggregate but the structural damage it may do to my house. Re: Please help!!! Bad job what do you say ? 5Jun 16, 2013 5:30 pm I would say most of the slab will have a fall except one small area. The main concern I have now is will it cause any structural issue if there are no expansion rubbers around the house. Re: Please help!!!
