We noticed it when we went to the house today. Everything has been cleaned for our PCI on Monday, looks much nicer now. The ground floor plan should have been drawn with the lower part of the stairs shown and part of the under stair space shown where the floor covering should have been indicated. If nothing was indicated on the floor then no tiles. So check the drawings and specification where extent should be indicated. Do you have solar on the roof, because if its not a laying defect it looks almost like someone has been walking all over the roof in the mid section of the tile (weakest… 2 1931 looks experimental to me, reinforced screed would be a better option or even better insulate between ground and structural slab.
