Initial thoughts are that its the ceiling joint shrinking and show the imperfections. It shows up on certain light condition and when I switch on the light. Is this normal? should this be a defect because of bad workmanship? and how hard is it to resolve?? Also its all over the house. Unfortunatly cross light at certain times of the day doesnt help the joins from not appearing.
