Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 03, 2013 6:42 pm Hi all, my homes roof is timber, i believe its called shingles or shakes im not 100% sure. Anyway its leaking worse and worse and in desperate need of attention before winter really sets in, however i'm not sure who does this type of work? I know its going to be expensive to get this repaired as the entire roof will need to be replaced. Has anyone had any experiences with this type of roofing and knows of any contractors that do it? i've called several roof tiling businesses and none of them have even heard of this type of roofing. You need to google something like "Cedar Shingles Sydney" or "Cedar Shingles Melbourne" or wherever you live which will throw up a stack of links to suppliers or installers or both.
