Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 03, 2013 4:06 pm Hi everyone, I'm in the early stages of having my house built and I am trying to source a copper cladding supplier in WA. I want to clad a feature wall in my house with this but am having a lot of difficulties locating one. If anyone knows anywhere it would much appreciated. Thanks Re: Copper Cladding???? 2Jun 04, 2013 10:41 am What kind of copper cladding - weatherboard style, flat sheet, beaten look ? Any decent sheet metal supplier would be able to get you raw sheets I'm sure. I've seen a couple of feature walls in commercial buildings and also a design centre a few years ago that had copper up on the walls. It looked pretty good too with a nice aged patina to it with a bit of that green discolouration thrown in for good measure. It looked like it had been on the wall for a couple of hundred years. Stewie Re: Copper Cladding???? 3Jun 04, 2013 11:36 am I believe there are artificial copper type wall finishes, used on the much older TV reno shows, which may be a whole lot cheaper and easier to accomplish Arfur Re: Copper Cladding???? 4Jun 04, 2013 1:35 pm Dulux make a couple in their metal effects range I think it is called plus some of the other paint makers put out a few faux metal finishes. Some of the looks are indistinguishable from the real McCoy but others look a tad "fake". I thought he was after the real deal. Did you have any luck finding someone local?
