Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 04, 2013 7:54 pm We are considering moving our rangehood up by about 8cm, it's just the standard Westinghouse canopy rangehood that came free with our new home. We want to shift it up for 2 reasons, we keep smacking our heads into the corner of it and we also want it he same height as our window (ard to explain but its so our splash back fits in nicely) anyway, just wondering if anyone has moved their rangehood before and is it easy? On quick inspection it looks like you just unscrew a few screws and push it up a little. Just make sure that when you raise it it doesn't affect the efficiency. Re: Moving a rangehood 5Jun 04, 2013 8:35 pm Thanks for that, hopefully only moving it 8cm won't make too much difference.
