Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jun 01, 2013 8:47 am I my husband and I are looking at purchasing land to build in Healesville Vic. We have only just been preapproved and will be looking at block over the weekend. I don’t think we will have any problems finding a block in our budget (but you never know) What we have found is that most of the major builders ie Henley, Potter Davis do not build out that way (not in there build zone) I have only come across 2 thus far both of which look okay. Does anyone know of any other builder that would build in Healesville. I have spoken with a custom Builder Busby but the thought of a custom build worries me as we only have a budget of $250K (including site cost) Like most we want a lot of bang for our buck. Also we are not looking for a block that isn’t to sloped so a major builder would suite us better(maybe) Any advice in buying land and building in the Healesville area would be much appreciated… Re: Buying land/building in Healesville VIC 3Jun 03, 2013 7:56 pm We used Contractors construction group to build in Doreen in 2010, they're a small custom builder however we found them very reasonably priced and were very happy with the quality and time they built in, only took them 4 months due to only doing a couple of projects at a time. If you want there number i'm sure i can dig it out. Good luck Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum. Place is full of wierdos/pedos thought internet may help but I suppose I'll try my luck with someone in person. Cheers. I tried… 0 4080 I have posted this before: We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing. Thorough reports… 2 1931 |
