In fact, I think one bought one out so there are really only two. These are among the biggest builders in Australia and from recollection command 80% of the entire WA market.
The best way to check is from references, recent and a few years ago just to see how their product survives the long term etc. With the big builders over there, you won't have to go far to find a referree!
