Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Apr 28, 2013 5:51 pm Heya we are looking at building a home in Perth on quite a steep block. We havent had much luck with the bigger builders due to the fall in the block. We are thinking of using a building broker - has anyone used one and any tips. Also any recommendations for builders who will build on a narrow sloping block? I know if someone who said they saved thousands doing that. https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64434 Building our own custom design based on the Elwood by Dale Alcock Land settled - November Plans submitted to council - January Prestart - March Slab - 18 September Brickies - 23 October Thanks for your reply.
