Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Apr 14, 2013 8:25 pm Hey guys, I have a bought a second hand shed cheap cheap.. its made from steel angle and colour bond. I want to erect it myself as it should be pretty straight forward. My local council says I need planning approval because of the size which is ok. All I need to do is submit some drawings. I was thinking of drawing these myself by hand.. I got a quote from a local draftsperson and he quoted me $720. I don't know if that's good or not but then I found these plans on ebay.. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Shed-Workshop-Plans-Drawings-12m-Long-x-9m-Wide-x-3m-Wall-Angular-Steel-Truss-/140955430080?pt=AU_Building_Materials&hash=item20d1992cc0&clk_rvr_id=468116881409 what do you think? they look quality and are a pretty good price.. if not can anyone recommend a cheap draftsperson in Perth area and how much should I pay for this? thanks.
