Re: Guessing Game - Building Costs - Win a $50 Bunnings voucher! 95Sep 30, 2006 11:47 pm Dear All,
Thank you kindly for your participation, and patience. We're of the assumption Zenith Constructions has been extremely busy this week which is plausible cause for infrequent updates. In absence [and on behalf] of Zenith, we're excited to announce the winners. Yes, that's right....we have two (2) winners to announce. First up, project cost - which was PM'd to homeone at the outset of this Guessing Game: zenithconstructions Cost of works: 1. Initial clear: $4250 2. Initial excavation: $7340 3. Initial rock stabilisation: $16500 4. Secondary clear: $2700 5. Secondary excavation: $7240 6. Secondary rock stablisation: $14720 7. Builder's 20% margin: $10,550 Total: $63,300 inc. GST Therefore... Congratulations ausdesign - we can't let you withdraw because you won! ausdesign $63400 Technically speaking some may argue that your guess does not fall within $100 dollars of the project cost. We're not going to argue over one dollar, hence the announcement of a second winner. Congratulations Michelle - so, off to the Garden Supplies department are we? Michelle $63250 Can you please PM homeone your postal address so you can each claim your '$50 Bunnings Voucher'. As for Zenith Constructions prize offer, it will be to their discretion to determine who their prize goes out to. Will the prize go out to both of you? If not, who will it be? Only time will tell. A big thank you again to Zenith Constructions for running another enjoyable Guessing Game. Re: Guessing Game - Building Costs - Win a $50 Bunnings voucher! 96Oct 01, 2006 6:52 am Hi all!
Thanks homeone for helping me out Yes, have been very busy this week - I had the International Project Managers Conference on, so the only chance I got to update was when I could find an Internet cafe. All back to normal next week I promise Michelle and Ausdesign, if you guys can PM me your postal addresses, I'll send you out your prizes! Enjoy your long weekend everyone! I thought the waiting game was even better; it gave other people a chance to play. A big thank you zenithconstructions for coming up with the idea and your prize. I was going to offer the Beanie to Austdesign but now he has his own, but if you won’t two, it’s yours? A really big thank you to Homeone for their generous prize, yes I’m off to the Nursery Supplies! THANK YOU! I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13107 Looking to tile the facade pillars rather than rendering.
