Hey.
We just picked up a bunch of led downlights for our house. We don't really know how these things work, but we were surprised when we noticed they had a standard power point plug.. the builder has obviously only pulled some cables to the spots where the downlights are supposed to go and I assumed he would simply wire the cables directly to the downlight.
Anyway, is this going to be a problem? Will they install a powerpoint at each downlight and charge us extra for it? The cabling has already been down and the internal ceiling/walls are all up.
The led light in question is the Atom 13w. It has a cable that plugs in to a box ("dimmable led driver") and the box has a cable with a standard powerpoint. You can see photos of these items in the link below.

We are just curious what is going on and whether there is cause for concern or if this is perfectly normal. Thought I'd ask for advice before bothering builder as we we have already bothered them a lot lately with different things Not sure if we'd be able to return the lights, but probably easier to do sooner rather than later (picked up lights today).
