What possessed me to think that my home builder and pool builder could possibly align themselves and submit a DA together Both the home builder AND the pool builder people said, and I quote 'submit the pool plans in with the house plans when the house plans go to council' fair enough, sounds feasible, except that doesn't happen. So now we have a DA in with council for the house and will have to go back to the pool builder to get them to submit our plans into council, which of course is going to cost extra, which was the whole freaking point of submitting them together!!! aarrgghhhhh!! Here endeth the lesson. Wiz Built @ Brooks Reach Built the Verdelho Guest with Beechwood 2 31332 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13745 Really tight at the top of the stairs- how to get furniture into those rooms? Study books - does anyone really use them these days? Large storage closet would be more functional. 2 6882 |
