Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 27, 2013 5:53 pm Greetings; I am hoping to convert my Garage to a Bedroom / Study in QLD. it is a duplex that has a concrete floor, it is one of the old styles where the laundry and garage are in one. i have insulation in the room (that i installed myself) and i am getting the plans drawn up soon and running it though building certifier and draftsman. However i was wondering if there is any requirements to make it into a livable area ?
