Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 20, 2013 11:07 pm Hi, just got our plans back from the developer and they want us to increase our parapet height due to a low pitch roof (10 degrees minimum is 22.5 degrees). They want to increase the front parapet to 1m, which will make the front elevation look odd and out of balance. Is there a way around this? could we increase the slope without increasing the parapet height? Any info would be great. thanks Re: Help, developer wants to increase our pitch roof and par 2Feb 21, 2013 10:05 am Post the elevations so we can comment otherwise we are flying blind. Generally the roof runs into the parapet so if you increase the height of the roof you have to raise the parapet as well.
