Need advice urgent please help 7Feb 15, 2013 5:51 pm Hi Arian Draw up a new contract, get another pest inspection done with an inspector of your choice and write into it a clause that says that the vendor (seller) has to fix any termite damage. This is commonly what happens with termite Damage here in WA. If they are not prepared to fix it there is no contract and therefore you should not lose your deposit. Alot of homes especially older ones are going to have some kind of past termite activity. If there is no current activity that is a good sign. Goodluck Thank you @.
