Sounds like lots of items are included which is great, are you happy with selections on offer? Or is there a chance you will want to upgrade some items, such as kitchen, tiles etc? Is carpet included for the bedrooms? What about utility connection costs such as water, electricity? Also you'll need a letter box, clothes line. So try and think of everything you need and work out what extra's you'll need to pay for. Then you know your outlay cost and can compare to market values of buying a similar home in the area.
