I paid my land deposit and building deposit in late February; it took until May to get to contracts and October before they were on-site. In December when I asked how long to go, they told me "two to three months", then when I rang last week they told me "about 3 months". le sigh. I am hoping to be in by Spring, but doubt it, but definately before Christmas. thanks for replies! Re: How long from building signing building contract to gett 6Jan 30, 2013 12:12 pm Hi there, Yep we're all in the same boat I think, just keep pushing as we did, and got our way...we signed a contract with Wisdom Homes for the Manhattan 44 in September 2011 and promised the keys to the house by Christmas 2012....it's Jan 2013 and half a dozen threats later that they started...OMG now their really fast....wonder why....?? We are out at Oran Park....21st Jan, started escavating, 23 Jan they filled, 25 Jan we got the foam with steelwork, 31 will get slab, 12 Feb will get frames...so not too bad afer all.... Some of the PSA money goes to engineering so we at least got those documents and they actually refunded us… 2 6082 You talk about deletions, are they variations or PS and PC adjustments? pleas list them 1 16542 Use a product like Equisol's Vitalise to clean the deck then coat with a penetrating timber oil.
