I would want nothing more than a cedar window without the maintenance. Yes and we have it...!!! Damn eBay! lol I'll be speaking to you when I build my next house. Off topic, when designing a new custom house, would it be smart to design the house to suit the standard off the shelf window sizes? Reason I ask is I have seen your windows at Masters. Re: Please do my survey for window colours 2013 5Jan 26, 2013 8:45 am JB1 You know, déjà vu. Our standard sizes are made to brick openings to save on brick cutting which is expensive, but varying the size has little or no cost for the window. Yes, we are in Masters and Bunnings. Good idea, I will do that in a day or two... meanwhile, you can google the colours, the fancy names are all current ColorBond colours. I spent my youth painting it and now my middle age painting OVER it.....I believe the next generation should experience the joy that is MB!!! Re: Please do my survey for window colours 2013 9Jan 30, 2013 10:28 am I'm fascinated that Woodland Grey has gotten so many votes (including mine); I'm currently thinking a Bushland roof with light bricks and if I want to highlight the windows, then I'd want a grey and woodland grey would be it. But I don't recall ever seeing it used. Land settled May '14. Building the PD Hoffman39: 5/11=site start, 13/11=slab pour, 26/11=frame complete, 10/12=roof on, 12/12=bricking started. But the silver looks excellent in more modern contempory builds. If I never see mission brown again it will be too soon I wonder what the next Mission brown will be Re: Please do my survey for window colours 2013 11Feb 02, 2013 6:03 pm Quote: I wonder what the next Mission brown will be Grey! Yuck! It's not even a colour! How about something with a blue tone (eg Deep Ocean or Surf mist). I kind of like Loft too but the colour on my screen might not be very accurate.
